    Chris Feng may have been our real estate agent but he became our friend too.

    Chris Feng worked very diligently to fulfil our sales requirements since our intention to sell was not immediate. Though some of our conditions were not easy to meet, Chris eventually found a buyer who fulfilled all our conditions. It was important that we rent back our property for a minimum of 12 months and Chris Feng made it happen for us. It was not about selling but selling to the right buyer.

    He has wonderful work ethics. All phone calls were handled with impeccable manners and promptness. Chris Feng may have been our real estate agent but he became our friend too.

    There was no pressure to follow a ‘quick sale’ option as we had experienced in the past with other estate agents.

    We first met a representative from First National Waverley City when attending a seminar put on by a local retirement village. Chris Feng gave an overview of the way First National business model differed from other real estate agencies. Booklets were available at this session; detailed information contained therein expanded upon Chris’ talk. From time to time Chris and Peter would follow up in a friendly and non-pressure way to see how we were going. We were not planning on selling our property at that time. However, life moves on and we took the decision to down-size, declutter and start the process of moving to a more manageable premises.

    First National was our choice of agent; an appointment was booked for Chris and Peter to meet at our house. Chris and Peter spent quality time explaining the finer points of their sales approach. We took the decision to place our property in their hands. At all times the company representatives listened to us and how we wanted our property sale handled. There was no pressure to follow a ‘quick sale’ option as we had experienced in the past with other estate agents.

    Once the contract was signed, an appointment was made for the whole team to spend time on the property with us and to ensure that all representatives knew our wishes in handling the sale. The whole team was on board – each bringing a different sales perspective to the sale process. At all times we were kept informed of progress, times and dates of appointments (both open days and private appointments). The property was always left secure after each session.

    Our property was not a regular ‘house block’, so needed expertise in directing marketing and interaction with potential buyers. A successful sale was achieved within ten weeks of signing to sell our property.

    We have no hesitation in recommending First National Waverley City and their team of committed sales representatives.

    Jessica was patient.

    We got our first property with First National's assistance. The previous owner was difficult to deal with as she expected a price higher than she stated for private sale.

    Jessica in First National was patient and she spent about one week to get the signed-off contract from the owner.

    Though the process was not always smooth, the result is wonderful.

    To start the process to sell my house I walked into 3 Estate Agents at random and expressed my wish to sell my home. All these agents gave me a very thorough presentation on their recommended process for selling my home. Jessica from 1st National’s explanation of the process she planned to follow I felt was superior to that of the other 2 agents.

    Her process was very well articulated. I understood what she would be doing and why she had chosen the path she had. I had no difficulty with her English and I felt she would be able to attract foreign buyers. Her enthusiasm, punctuality at all times and her attention to detail was to be admired. At all times I felt she was working to get the best deal for me.

    This was the first home that I had ever sold. She guided me through the process taking the time to be sure that I understood what she was doing and why. I felt very much at ease throughout the whole process. She removed the stress from what I had feared was going to be a very stressful process.
