I spend every working day negotiating sales, contracts and satisfactory outcomes. For me to withdraw from this entrenched habit demonstrates my confidence in the selling process Waverley First National utilise when selling. Their process removes any doubt that they will be able to extract the best possible price from the marketplace at any given time. My friends and associates think that I was very lucky to achieve such an incredible result. I can assure you that luck had nothing to do with it. Along with the fact that I had the wisdom, to choose Waverley First National in the first place.

Overall selling my home of the last twenty five years was a very seamless and non-invasive process and I could not believe my luck when I purchased my new home, especially when the agent was prepared to sit down and negotiate with me.
